Shipping information
 
Orders placed before 3 pm will be delivered within 1 or 2 days by parcel.
 
Specific requirements, regarding the shipment, for example ‘please deliver to neighbors when absent’ or ‘only deliver on Wednesday or Thursday’, can be typed in a comments field when placing your order.
 
You can follow the status of your order by logging in onto our website. The Track & Trace-code will automatically be sent to you when your order is picked up for shipment.
 
Shipping costs within the Netherlands:
Orders with a value above € 300,- are free of shipping costs.
We charge a contribution of € 7,50 for the shipping costs when your order value is lower than € 300,-.
Outside the Netherlands but within the EU we charge a contribution of
average € 15,- for the shipping costs.
 
Reimbursement orders are not possible in our logistics system.
 
Returns or exchanges
 
Did you order a wrong article, size or do you want to return the product for another reason, you may return or exchange your order under certain conditions.
 
Please contact our customer service (service@camerabrillen.nl) within 8 days, you will receive our instructions.
 
Returns and exchanges will be accepted, only if the item is unused, undamaged (also undamaged seals) and sent back in the original packaging. Please send the article, including all accessories, back within 7 working days, along with the invoice in proper packaging.
 
If you return an item without meeting the return conditions, your payment obligation will not be cancelled.
